PUBLIC HEALTH STORIES

          The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission, your local health department, really wants to hear from you.  We want to hear your public health story.  Have you ever had contact with the health department?  Have you ever had a problem the health department helped you solve? Maybe you had a problem with the health department.  We even want to hear that story! 

          We want to use your story to help others understand what the health department does, what we offer, and how we can help.  We also want to hear any negative stories you might have so that we can improve and be sure we do not repeat any bad actions.  Please send us your story.  You can email it to mbrhc@middlebrookhealth.org, fax it to 732-356-1249 or mail it to Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission, 1200 Mountain Avenue, Middlesex, NJ 08846.  You can be anonymous or send us your name and address and any time we use your story or part of it we will give you the credit for writing it.  Finally, if you would like to talk about a story you might have or just want to talk please contact the health officer Kevin Sumner at 732-356-8090 ext. 252.  We look forward to hearing from you and learning from your story.
